We incorporated wheat and oats for their contribution to the mouthfeel and body of the beer. Most of our hop additions are done in the whirlpool to extract complex flavor expressions. Then, we apply dry-hopping during fermentation to find the perfect balance between flavor, aroma and bitterness extracted from our selection of hops. Finally, the beer ferments under the right temperature conditions to produce delicate stone fruit esters, which perfectly complement the citrus and tropical fruit character of the hops.
