Tasting notes
Golden and cloudy appearance with intense flavors of ripe mandarin, pineapple, mango, passion fruit and papaya. Delicate stone fruit esters complement the citrus and tropical fruit character. The mouthfeel is smooth and creamy, with low bitterness, creating a beer reminiscent of a pulpy tropical juice.
Pairing suggestions
Pairs well with spicy food like tacos and Thai food to lighter options like salads, grilled fish, or marinated chicken. It also complements creamy or acid cheeses, such as goat cheese or aged cheddar.

How we do it
Our NEIPA is brewed using wheat flakes, oat flakes, and a blend of Citra, Mosaic , and El Dorado hops. We incorporated wheat and oats for their contribution to the mouthfeel and body of the beer. Most of our hop additions are done in the whirlpool to extract complex flavor expressions. Then, we apply dry-hopping during fermentation to find the perfect balance between flavor, aroma and bitterness extracted from our selection of hops. Finally, the beer ferments under the right temperature conditions to produce delicate stone fruit esters, which perfectly complement the citrus and tropical fruit character of the hops. The result is a beer with an intense aroma and a smooth and creamy mouthfeel.
