How we do it
In our brewing process, we adjust the malt-hop balance to favor the malt slightly more, emphasizing the flavors of the roasted malts obtained from the malting process. This malt character provides the necessary balance to the beer’s bitterness, creating a harmonious, easy-drinking beer that brings out the flavors and aromas of the American hops.
