How we do it
We start with a 15% pasteurized kombucha concentrate which retains all the prebiotic compounds from the fermentation process. We then blend it with mango juice concentrate, organic cane sugar, and other natural flavors. By using pasteurized kombucha concentrate, we eliminate additional fermentation and preserve the delicious mango flavor. This also avoids the need to refrigerate the product right after purchasing it, except for a couple of hours before consuming.
