How we do it
We start with a kombucha concentrate containing all the prebiotic compounds from the fermentation process. Then we mix it with a grapefruit extract, cane sugar and other natural flavors. Our pasteurization process ensures that there is no additional fermentation, preserving the bright and spicy flavor of grapefruit. This also avoids the need to refrigerate the product right after purchasing it, except for a couple of hours before consuming.
