How do we do it
Our ginger Kombucha starts with 15% pasteurized kombucha concentrate that retains all the prebiotic compounds from the fermentation process. Then we add ginger extract, cane sugar and other natural flavors. By using pasteurized kombucha concentrate, we avoid an additional fermentation in the bottle and maintain the delicious flavor of ginger in our product. This also means that there is no need to keep the product refrigerated, but only for a few hours before consumption.
